Download certificate

get https://{customer}.enroll.{instance}.sectigo.com/api/v1/certificates/{certId}

Download a successfully enrolled certificate. Certificate issuance is not always immediate so a 404 response is possible when issuance is pending. The reponse's 'code' field will contain -103 or -109.
